Ullikadala Pulusu Recipe Ingredients
Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Ullikadala Pulusu recipe at home.
- 2 cups chopped spring onions
- 2 tsp jaggery
- 2 green chilis (slit)
- 2 tbsp tamarind extract
- a pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp basin (senaga pindi)
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp musturd seeds.
- 1 tsp black gram
- 51/2 tsp fungreek seeds
- 1 red chili (Halved)
- a pinch of hing
Ullikadala Pulusu Recipe Making Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan and put all the ingredients for seasoning fry them till mustard splutters then add,2 cups water,turmeric powder,tamarind extract, jaggery, spring onion pieces, green chilis and salt to it, and bring to a boil. When it boiling ,mix basin with 2 table spoons of water and add to the pulusu. mix well allow to cook on a slow flame for 2 more minutes.Put curry leaves.
