Recipe Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 kg large prawns- de-veined
  2. 3 tbsp melted butter
  3. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  4. 2 tsp coarsely pounded black pepper
  5. 2 tbsp creole seasoning
  6. 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  7. 1 tsp crushed garlic
  8. 2 tbsp sherry/rum
  9. 100 ml cream

Creole seasoning:

  1. 1 tbsp paprika
  2. 2tsp Kashmiri mirch
  3. 1 tbsp salt
  4. 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp cayenne
  8. 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  9. 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Procedure:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Make a marinade with all the ingredients except cream and pour over the prawns.
  3. Mix well and set aside for an hour. Saute the marinated prawns in a pan until golden brown.
  4. Stir in the cream. Serve hot along with crusty bread.
